I am amazed!! I can not yet contribute to websleuths though. I am taking notes and will definitely add to the threads once my membership to the aforementioned forum is activated. Just wow!!! At this rate I could NEVER send her to death based on all the evidence…this just blows my mind!

I really appreciate your professional opinion, thank you. I am not even concerned about the inmates testimonies, Prosecution has a lot of circumstantial evidence, on the other hand KC’s jail letters aren’t good for the defense, are they? Defense can’t refute what KC wrote.
IIRC George, Cindy & Lee were offered immunity, weren’t they? The Anthony’s lawyered up pretty soon right? I see no reasons for them to have a lawyer, NONE!! What’ the difference between an inmate making a deal to shorten her sentence and the Anthony’s? What are the Anthony’s afraid of?
The Anthony’s also have the civil case to deal with and were not charged with any crimes.

Well, the Anthony’s were not charged of any crime for sure, not as of yet, the A’s have contradicted themselves in their depositions though.
So, I think you have learned something about WS. If you had just posted the link without comment, you would have had fast summaries and effusive thank-yous. Paired with a request that WS’ers take the same action they would have taken anyway, you get blasted. 😉 But you seem to be pretty good at handling the abuse lol.
Depends on affiliations as well. If Mr. Sheaffer had asked the same, it would not have been blasted either, at least to the extent it has been with Mr. Hornsby. I thought part of it might have been his college football affiliations. However, even I thought his request to be sensible and meaningful and was able to put such prejudices aside. If I could do so, then everyone else could as well.

Thanks to all of you for your help. We did what neither OCSO or FDLE did, and that is “investigate” the claims of Robyn Adams, Holloway, and Derkovic instead of simply rubber stamping their claims.

After reading Robyn Adams interview I think I believe her. Maybe I’m a fool, but she sounds sincere. Says skanky contacted her first. I think Sylvia is trying to downplay the number of times she let those 2 get together thinking to save her job. I couldn’t believe it when she stated she handed scrissors to skank to cut robyn’s bangs. What????? I thought.

skanky is anything but sweet. she is disgusting. i’m certain robyn is no saint or she would not be in the mess she’s in. i was going by the guards description of robyn. she at least seems depressed about being away from her children. not so at all with skanky. only time she got upset is when the remains were found down the street. robyn is not the only one to have described skanks reaction to that.
I will assume “skanky,skank” means Casey Anthony in your posts. It certainly makes it hard to give your point any real credence when there is so much skankiness that eminates from it…just saying…

Never been paid to give any lectures and have never made a dime off this case. I give a guest lecture at FAMU Law School once a semester on Florida Criminal Pleadings and teach a section at the annual Ninth Circuit Public Defender College – all for free – but that is about it.

Good for you, pointing the truth out. Chloroform isn’t the only addition I’ve seen either. Pg 13478 of LE summary says that Casey told Robyn that she wanted to get an abortion but Cindy wouldn’t let her. But what I read in her letter is that she had periods all the way through, didn’t know she was pregnant, went to the doc for her first pap exam and found out she was pregnant, in June. She went straight to Cindy and told her, they cried an laughed together but she said nothing about not wanting Caylee. That makes at least two inaccuracies. There is no reason to make things up if the person is guilty, their guilt speaks for them. Melich should not be held untouchable on his pedestal. He should be held to a higher standard that the average citizen.

You’ve chosen to dedicate yourself to a career “defending” others, which is noble and implies a capacity for empathy and humanity. And yet, you’re a bully—you’re rude, disdainful, and combative to others without any provocation.
To sum it up, you lack good judgment, good manners, and the ability to see yourself as others do. You mentioned on Websleuths that its impossible to insult you, and for your sake, I wish that weren’t true.
What exactly did I say that was Bullyish? I explained the law, discussed the problems with “detectives” like Yuri Melich (never called him a name once), and then explained how using jail informants could back fire on the State.
You find fault with my post because I did not praise Melich, had I knocked Baez for more of his faults, you would be telling me how insightful I am.
The difference between me and you is that I have not chosen a side. If anything, I am just another commentator from the peanut gallery giving my thoughts.
And to the extent I bully anyone, if you look closely, you will see I only Bully people who bullied others. I have never bullied the little guy.
I could care less how guilty Casey Anthony is, if she is found guilty, I would not blink an eye or second guess the verdict.
